A place to put down the weight you quietly carry alone.
Work pressure. Relationship stress. Big decisions. Old patterns.
The constant responsibility of being someone other people count on.
The Men’s Coherence Sprint is six practical Tuesday nights to get out of your head, reset your system, talk honestly about what is happening in your life, and become better equipped to handle what comes next.

Stop carrying the weight that was never yours.
You keep moving. You solve problems. You take care of what needs to be handled.
Meanwhile, the pressure follows you home.
Your patience gets shorter. You replay conversations in your head. You question decisions you have already made. You avoid conversations that need to happen. You stay busy because slowing down brings everything you have been carrying closer to the surface.
Maybe your life looks good on paper. And yet, there are still areas where you feel tired, stuck, disconnected, uncertain, or ready for something to change.
This group gives you a consistent space to talk honestly about what is happening beneath the surface, and practical tools to do something meaningful with what comes up.
A DIFFERENT KIND OF MEN’S GROUP
PRACTICAL INNER WORK FOR REAL LIFE
You get to decide what being a man means to you.
My role is to help you understand what is happening within your mind and body, identify the subconscious patterns affecting your choices, and develop practical ways to handle stress, relationships, emotions, and decisions more effectively.
Each week, we will use nervous-system regulation, brain-balancing, breathwork, guided subconscious transformation, personal inquiry, and honest group conversation.
These practices are designed to help you:
- Get out of your head when your mind will not shut off
- Stay grounded when life gets intense
- Understand what is driving your reactions
- Change patterns that keep creating the same problems
- Communicate more honestly with the people who matter
- Make clearer decisions
- Trust yourself more consistently
- Build real connection with other men
Every man’s beliefs, background, identity, and definition of masculinity are welcome. Respect, honesty, confidentiality, curiosity, and personal responsibility create our common ground.
This 6-week sprint is less about learning how to “be a man” and more about clearing what keeps you from being the man you already know yourself to be.
What “Coherence” means in real life
Coherence means the different parts of your life begin working together.
What you think, what you feel, what you say, and what you do line up more often.
You recognize your reactions sooner. You recover from pressure faster. You communicate more clearly. You make decisions you can stand behind. You bring greater patience, honesty, and presence into the relationships that matter.
That is what we will practice together over six weeks.
WHAT WE’LL WORK ON OVER SIX WEEKS
Week 1 — Take an Honest Look
Where is your life giving you energy? Where is it draining you? What are your daily reactions teaching you about what needs attention?
We will establish a new personal starting point to gain more awareness of the subconscious patterns in life.
Week 2 — Handle Pressure Better
Learn how stress changes what you see, how you communicate, and the choices available to you. Build a practical reset you can use during a demanding workday, a difficult conversation, or a tense moment at home.
Week 3 — Change the Pattern
Identify the reactions, beliefs, and survival habits that continue showing up in your current life. Begin changing the internal patterns that keep producing familiar conflicts, frustrations, and limitations.
Week 4 — Have Better Conversations
Get clearer about what you want for yourself, the other person, and the relationship. Practice listening, speaking honestly, setting boundaries, and staying present when a conversation becomes uncomfortable.
Week 5 — Trust Yourself More
Learn to recognize the difference between a grounded inner knowing, an anxious reaction, an old fear, and an impulse to make the discomfort disappear. Develop a more dependable way to approach choices and uncertainty.
Week 6 — Put It Into Practice
Turn what you have learned into a personal plan for handling pressure, relationships, decisions, and recurring patterns after the sprint ends.
Weekly focus/structure subject to change.

WHAT EACH TUESDAY LOOKS LIKE
Every two-hour gathering follows a consistent rhythm:
Arrive + regulate – Brain balancing, breathwork, and nervous-system settling.
Clear + reconnect – A guided subconscious or embodied transformation practice.
Welcome + agreements – Reground the container and welcome guest participants.
Learn + explore – A concise teaching tied to the week’s Coherence focus.
Connect + inquire – Journaling, partner work, and facilitated group discussion.
Integrate + apply – A practical action step to carry into the coming week.
Meet-up structure subject to change.
You are welcome to share, listen, laugh, reflect, and participate at the level that feels honest.
Every session is designed to help you leave feeling lighter, clearer, more grounded, and more connected.
CHOOSE YOUR LEVEL OF COMMITMENT
The Full Six-Week Sprint
The full sprint is the recommended experience. Repetition builds regulation. Familiarity builds trust. Each week adds another layer to the work, allowing insight to become practice and practice to become a new way of being.
Six Tuesdays | $195 | Limited to 18 men
Guest Seats
A small number of guest seats may be released for individual Tuesdays when space allows. Each session stands on its own while contributing to the larger Coherence arc.
Individual Tuesday | $40/session | Advance registration required
THIS GROUP IS FOR YOU IF…
- You carry meaningful responsibility at work, at home, or in your community.
- You are ready to connect beyond job titles, roles, achievements, and surface-level conversation.
- You have already done personal-development work and want your awareness to become embodied change.
- You are new to this work and willing to show up with curiosity.
- You want practical tools for regulation, relationships, self-trust, and aligned action.
- You value a space that welcomes different beliefs, backgrounds, identities, and life experiences.
You are willing to take responsibility for your thoughts, emotions, reactions, choices, and impact.
THIS GROUP WILL NOT BE THE RIGHT FIT IF…
This experience asks each participant to honor confidentiality, avoid unsolicited advice, respect different beliefs, and allow every man to define his own path.
It will not be a fit for anyone seeking a platform to prescribe masculinity, recruit others into a religious or political worldview, dominate the conversation, diagnose or fix other participants, or replace needed mental-health or crisis care.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need experience with men’s groups, meditation, or subconscious work?
No. The group is designed for men who are completely new to this kind of experience and men who have already done years of personal-development work. Curiosity and a willingness to participate are enough.
Is this a religious or spiritual group?
This is a belief-agnostic personal-development group. Your faith, spiritual perspective, or secular worldview is welcome, and no shared doctrine is required. Practices will be introduced as experiences you can test for yourself.
Do I have to share personal details?
You choose what you share. Listening, journaling, practicing, and being present are all valid forms of participation. The invitation is honesty, and you remain responsible for your boundaries.
Is this therapy?
No. This is a facilitated personal-development and community experience. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, crisis support, or a substitute for care from a licensed professional.
Can I attend only one session?
Yes, when a guest seat is available. The six-week sprint offers the strongest continuity and depth, so full-sprint enrollment receives priority. Check Guest Seat Availability

Six Tuesdays. Practical tools. Honest conversation. Real connection with men who are willing to grow.
Bring the work pressure, the relationship questions, the decisions, the frustrations, and the parts of life you have been trying to figure out by yourself.
We’ll work with what is actually happening, and help you create a stronger way forward.
